Unite Fitness is a special place to work because of our Heart.Muscle.Mind philosophy, inspiring studio and warm, close knit community of coaches and clients. We treat and pay our employees well so that our trainers stay with us for several years, only leaving to pursue other industries and life choices. Fitness jobs should be fun, collegial and drive personal growth versus being competitive, sales driven environments. Training is all we do, so the quality and happiness of our trainers is the most important thing to each studio.

Unite looks for youthful, energetic trainers that want the challenge of motivating individuals and are looking to expand their skills and knowledge. Candidates must be certified personal trainers, however extensive experience is not necessary as Unite will train you in our principles, methodologies, skills and formats to be a top trainer. Ideal candidates are interested in both group and personal training and working towards a full time role, however we also need part time trainers to help meet high demand timeframes and round out our team.

mark-careers“Unite facilitates positive vibes. The people and coaches that Unite attracts have really enhanced my life. Seeing my regulars show up for training makes my day and helping them set goals and smash them makes my week. Career wise I started as a business intern and loved it so much I got certified and joined the team. Now I get to learn from and collaborate with the best coaches in the city.”
-Mark, Coach

coach-liz“Unite has one of the most unique & well-balanced approaches to wellness I’ve seen in the industry. Not only does their philosophy promote client success, but so do the positive relationships that they foster between all coaches & clients. The continual training, feedback & resources Unite provides keep me motivated & engaged in my development both as an individual & as coach “
– Liz, Coach & Personal Trainer

“Unite blends together all aspects of fitness, so people can become a well rounded, healthy individual in body and mind.  I personally believe in that philosophy and have been training myself using those principles for years.  It is important to believe in the product that you put out, and working at Unite allows me to stay true to myself, and help others along the way.”
– Austin, Coach & Personal Trainer

kelly-careers“I love working in an atmosphere that promotes balance in both workouts and life as well as a sense of community among staff and members. I feel like I am trusted to do my job and be creative, yet guided with structure. Managers are not only interested in Unite’s financial performance, but also show true concern for the success of staff and members.”
-Kelly, Coach & Personal Trainer

autumn-careers“I started as a member, and loved everything Unite had to offer: the community feel, the workouts, and the contagious energy of the coaches. I wanted to be apart of it, so I started at front desk and worked into becoming a group and personal coach and I couldn’t be happier here. Unite has taught me how to be a truly great coach, and continues to elevate what I have to offer.”
-Autumn, Front Desk & Coach

Kateweb“I am VERY selective about where I choose to work and work out having tried many gyms and I proudly call Unite my home for both. The fitness community is like the “Cheers” of gyms: everyone knows your name! Professionally, I’ve grown immensely in my expertise and confidence as a group and personal trainer with the invaluable guidance, feedback and camaraderie offered by the coaching staff.
-Kate, Coach & Pre-Post Natal Expert
