Wed 12/6/17 : AAA : Athletic Power

Equipment: Mini band (plank jacks), light DBS (preacher curls, kickbacks, low curtsy lunges), Medium band (tricep pushdowns, speed curls)

Timed Rounds: 40 sec each, 30 sec each, 20 sec each = 4:30​
Preacher curls ( squatting with elbow on knees​ light DBS)
Weighted squat jumps (light DBS racked on shoulders)

Group 1:
Tabata: 20/10 sec rest x 5 rounds = 5 min 
Alternating plank tricep kickbacks (light DBS – min band around calves)
Low plank jacks (mini band around ankles)

Group 2:
Tabata: 20/10 sec rest x 5 rounds = 5 min 
Band tricep pushdowns
V-ups for speed

Timed Rounds: 40 sec each, 30 sec each, 20 sec each = 4:30​
Band speed curls (medium band)
Band kick backs (medium band)

3 min AMRAP:

Booty blasters: straight leg kick x 15 right, donkey kick x 15 right
Repeat on the other side (medium band around foot and hold other part with hand)
