Coach Liz came to Unite Fitness Philly East after working as a master yoga and pilates instructor in New Mexico and the Philly area. She is excited join the best group training studio around and be the best personal trainer she can be.
We interviewed Liz to get to know her more intimately as the newest part of our Philly East fitness community.

What I love about coaching:
I’ve love helping people achieve their goals. Whether it’s a new PR in the cardio room or helping them touch their toes during stretch.
Where I grew up:
I grew up in a land far away called New Mexico. I moved here 2 years ago
My training/career background:
I have been teaching yoga for 5 years and Pilates for 2. This is the first time I’ll be coaching Unite Workouts and I can’t wait!
What I do for fun:
My favorite thing to do in the summer is hangout and practice yoga in the park
What makes my teaching style unique:
I love giving hands on assists during yoga stretch, it makes a world of difference.
My words to live by:
Be somebody that makes everybody feel like a somebody.

Dark chocolate mini peanut butter cups from trader joes! YUM
