Unite's cardio theatre lights and beats will inspire you to push your limits and let go as the time flies by. Run or Bike to get your heart pumping, burn tons of calories and get in the best shape of your life.

PART 2:

STRENGTH
TRAINING

30 MINUTES

LIFT, PUSH, PRESS & PUMP

Get strong and ripped while staying safe under the watchful eye of Unite's coaches in our bright strength studio. Learn and perform healthy functional exercises using dumbbells, suspension trainers, bands and pull-up bars.

PART 3:

RECOVERY

10 MINUTES

STRETCH, ROLL, RELEASE & RELAX

Take care of your body and release your daily stress in the cool blue lights and soothing music of Unite's recovery mode. Simple, effective yoga postures, strap stretches and foam rolling help repair your body, while 2 minutes of final rest let you unwind.

    Build the foundation of fitness with joint stability, cardio and strength endurance. The goal is complete muscle fatigue through a combination of high reps and long intervals.
  • PHASE 2:
    STRENGTH &
    CONDITIONING
    Push your limits with increased cardio and strength intensity. The goal is to increase max speed and strength by overloading muscles and using anaerobic intervals.
  • PHASE 3:
    ATHLETIC
    POWER
    Invoke your inner athlete at Unite's heart pounding, next level workout gym. The goal is total body exhaustion through athletic power movements and fat melting drills.
