The Classic

  •  Cardio + strength room

  • 20-minute cardio interval training

  • 30-minute functional strength training

  • 5-10 minute restore and recover


  • Strength room only 

  • 45 minutes of high intensity strength and conditioning training, 

  • 5 min restore & recover
