  • 20 Minutes of Cardio Interval Training

  • 30 Minutes of Functional Strength Training

  • 5 Minutes of Recovery

Pump

  • Strength Room Only 

  • 45 Minutes of High Intensity Strength & Conditioning Training, 

  • 5 minutes of Recovery
